After moving to Tampa 5 years ago, we have been customers of Ackerman Jewelers. They have outstanding products. I love each and every piece that we have purchased. I truly have a connection with my consultant. She knows my my collections and preferences sometimes better than I know myself. From purchasing heirloom pieces to timeless and classicly trendy pieces, they have something for every occasion and best of all for no occasion at all and I just need a "jewlery fix." My friends tease that this is a place "where everybody knows your name (my name)." And it gets better, that they know my sales consultant!! I'll give you more info later. I just can't say enough about this family business who makes us feel like part of the family too.

We purchased both of our wedding rings from Ackerman Jewelers. We were pleased with the knowledge level of the staff and their selection is fabulous. I absolutely love my Simon G designer ring! We chose a loose diamond to go with the Simon G band and the quality fo the diamond is outstanding.

The staff is AWESOME!! It doesn't matter who helps you, they are all superb! Lauren has been helping me for five years & I walk in & she knows exactly where to point me because she knows her inventory and she knows my taste! In addition to that, Stephanie has helped me 'make' my own personal pieces with her designing expertise. I literally bring her a few family stones and wah-lah- she has fantastic ideas and tons of patience. I have never been disappointed with a single piece Ive created with her. EXCELLENT QUALITY too! Scott Kay engagement ring accented with a Hearts on Fire wedding ring, truly a spectacular combination. Have known Ron and Tina for many years and they are all about quality and support. I LOVE THEM!!! They take excellent care of their clientele. The styles are beautiful. The staff doesn't hassle you, if you're just looking, they let you just look. They created my engagement ring from a drawing on a cocktail napkin. It's perfect!

First time useing there services, professional expierence staff provided all info I asked,courtious jewlwery repair staff, went out of the way to get my items cleaned and repaired in an espadicious manner. We chose a diamond online from a different company and took it to Ackerman for appraisal and to find a setting. The employees were very helpful as we search 3 or 4 books for the perfect setting. They went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Once we chose the setting it didn't take longer than a week to order the setting and get the final product. Also, our appraisal was more than what we thought it would be which we couldn't have been happier about.
