The heart charm with a hollow center, forms the center point, where the vertical and horizontal arms intersect. The angel wings open up on the sides of the heart, forming the vertical arms of the cross. 20 prong set round cut diamonds embellish the heart charm and the top of the angel wings. The rest of the pendant is plain gold. An 18-inch rope chain carries the pendant. Both are styled in 10 karat rose gold. Total diamond weight is 1/10 ctw.
