Shipping Policy

 

I.  When you place your order online, you will then be contacted via email with an estimated date of shipping. Orders will be shipped from our store as soon as possible after the order is placed and the funds are verified. Depending on the in-stock availability of the item, this is generally no sooner than 2 business days. If the item is not in stock, we are subject to the timeframe required by the manufacturer to produce the item, and will notify you as such. If you choose to mail a check, we will wait for the check to clear the bank, which could take up to 2 weeks.

II.   All credit card orders must ship to the billing address associated with your account. This is for your security; most credit card fraud involves a person shipping an item to an address which is different from the billing address of record with the credit card company. If you need to ship to an address which is different from your billing address, you must provide that address to your credit card company as an alternate address for shipping purposes only. Once we have verified this information through your credit card company, we will then ship to the alternate address.

III.  The shipping options listed are through UPS and the prices will include signature confirmation and insurance. Please keep in mind that you must be home to sign for your package- if you need to arrange for alternate options, please contact us via phone or email.

IV.  When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the tracking number. Please add contactus@ackermanjewelers.com as a trusted email account, to ensure that our emails do not go to your spam or junk mail folders.

V.  We do not ship internationally. We will ship to an APO or FPO address given the proper length of time to verify purchase funds.

VI.  All shipments outside the continental US will incur additional shipping charges. Please inquire about these charges before you commit to a purchase.

VII.  If your product does not arrive in the condition expected for any reason (missing item, damaged item, etc.) you must report this to us immediately via phone or email- no later than the next business day after delivery is made.
