The necklace features a medallion with satin finish, center cluster of four round diamonds, rope edge bezel, and back with inset round mother of pearl. Total diamond weight is 0.07 carat and total mother of pearl weight is 1.20 carat. The medallion is on a paperclip link chain 19 inches in length with signature round ruby on lobster claw clasp closure.
