My husband lost his wedding ring so we spent a Saturday driving around to different jewelers. I have to say, Ackerman was the only store that treated you just like any other customer, even if you are spending under $1k. The other stores kind of pass you off if they don't think you are going to spend much (my husband and I look young so we got that a lot). Our rep was very nice and accommodating, helped my husband find the perfect replacement and also took care of getting my ring cleaned and tightened the posts. He didn't rush us, offered drinks, and really seemed to care that he made the right decision. It was a great experience, and the showroom is beautiful. It's both a family business atmosphere but very professional, you can tell they know what they are doing and are doing it right
My fiance purchased my Verragio engagement ring over a year ago with Andrea and we have had a relationship with her ever since. Each time we walk in unexpected she is always available to help and extremely kind. She helped up choose and order our wedding bands (Verragio as well). She has answered/ returned any phone calls I have made. Today we picked up our wedding bands and they are absolutely perfect! It is so nice being able to walk into a store where you are recognized and greeted by name. Our wedding/ engagement experience has been amazing and Ackerman's has helped in creating that. We look forward to continuing our relationship with them.
These guys are really the best in town (and probably everywhere else too)! We took in my wife's engagement ring to be repaired and the customer service was top notch! George is very polite, patient, and just a pleasure to deal with. He explained everything in a detailed manner and gave us a very fair price. The repair came back as good as new and he was always on the ball with communicating where we were at with the repair via phone calls or emails. He also does appraisals at great prices! I've had the BEST experience with Ackerman Jewelers! I started off with designing a ring with 4 generation of stones. Dina is the designer who helped me and made the process so much fun! I knew what I wanted and with her ideas she helped designed a GORGEOUS ring!!!!! With the help of Ackerman Jewelers, my husband was able to pull off a birthday /anniversary (13 years ) gift. I went in to hand over the stones to Dina and she (along with other jewelers ) helped my husband pull a surprise of a life time - a new RING!!!!! I absolutely LOVE it!!!!! As i'm enjoying my new ring.... I received a call from Dina this morning letting me know the designer ring is ready. As soon as she showed me, I thought I was going to cry. My experience with this family owned jeweler started with me looking for birthday gift for my wife .But, once I walked in and found myself overwhelmed with the impressive amount and quality of their displays and as such I found myself questioning my original intention. Thankfully Linda saved me from drowning in my confusion. After several questions and answers Linda sprang to work showing and guiding me to A better understanding of choices and options. I must admit that I am throughly impressed and please with Ackermans attention to a detail with their customer service and follow up. My wife and i will not shop anywhere else for jewelry.
